 Great financial planning doesn't happen by accident — it follows a disciplined, client-centered process.  At the heart of how we deliver value to our clients is our planning process. This allows us to engage with our clients and potential clients, discovering their values, goals, and financial needs, and then working together to create a plan of action to achieve them.


We employ a comprehensive approach, spending considerable time discussing the motivations and reasoning behind your goals and needs to ensure they align with your values.


We often say, "It's not just the plan, it's about planning." What this means is we believe in planning as an ongoing process and experience. Life is dynamic and changes constantly; therefore, it demands that your planning and advice evolve with it, showing the options and opportunities you have in front of you, not limiting you to one path with one outcome.

Initial Engagement Meetings

In most cases, our prospective clients get to know us and what we offer through our initial engagement meetings. It's usually a two-meeting process where we meet first to discover and understand as much as we can about you and your needs. The second meeting is where we present our planning recommendations and start the initial implementation of your plan.

Pre-Meeting - Information Sharing

Understand Personal and Financial Circumstances


 Before we meet, you will be asked to share some vital personal and financial information with us. We do this so our first meeting can be more about your goals, dreams, and values than your balance sheet and income. 

Initial Meeting - Discovery & Understanding

Understand Motivations and Value / Identifying and Selecting Goals


 The main focus of this time together is understanding you.  We want to discover as much as we can about your personal and financial life, as well as identify goals and needs.  This is also a time for you to get a feel for us and how we do things. 

Between Meetings - Analysis & Research

Analyze Courses of Action / Develop Planning Recommendations


 Now that we have a good idea of who you are and what you need, we will take what we've learned and put together preliminary planning and investment recommendations.

Follow-Up Appointment - Presentation & Implementation

Present Planning Recommendations / Initial Implementation 


This is where we will present our findings and our implementation plan.
